Separately, couples wanted to open their own restaurant. However, one of them started every weekend to offer Fritay ( An Haitian platter mostly : Plantains, Akra, meats or lobster); mostly delivery. Due to the increase of the business, Both couples; Haitian American investors from Massachusetts conceived the idea to offer the best food experience to residents and visitors of Canton and expand their services to the State of Massachusetts and beyond. Their brand is built on safe and quality food delivered in a neat and clean environment that can positively impact our  customers’ health and well-being. Furthermore, a different image of Haitian through their services.
